Following the successful and enjoyable Esperanto Performing Arts and Film Festival (Kino-Teatro-Festivalo) in April 2014 on Whidbey Island in Washington State and at William Peace University in Raleigh in 2015, we warmly invite you to the 2016 Festival, which will be once again at beautiful, historic William Peace University in Raleigh.
Join us for an immersive experience in the international language Esperanto and a creative and fun performing arts workshop! During the mornings, those who participate in the Festival will have access to Esperanto language classes at three levels. We hope that everyone will take advantage of this opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the Esperanto language and culture. Their is the option for four days of NASK and the Festival. Whichever option you choose (4-days or 8-days) will be filled with interesting programs, intriguing experiences with old and new friends, and chances to learn and share your knowledge and skills. Check the program page for details on Festival activities.
Bring your ideas and your special abilities, or discover new talents while collaborating with others on new works. If you already have a project in mind, you will find colleagues to work with here; or you may enjoy contributing your experience to another’s creative project. We have multiple interesting projects in the works, but we specifically encourage participants to do their own projects during the Festival.
